It is important for us that you feel comfortable using the platform and that you know we are here to help if needed, no matter when or where you work. To enable you to access our support services, we need to set up your support profile.

The information in your support profile is automatically based on your user account in SBS Manager®. We have noted that your name is and that your role is . We have also created a username for you in our support portal based on your email address ().
